NWM ERP · Included with your CRM

Your CRM just became a full back office

Quotes, invoices, bills, stock, purchase orders, projects, payroll and fixed assets — on a real double-entry ledger, over the same customer records your sales team already uses. Not an add-on, not another subscription: it is part of every NWM CRM plan.

Included with every CRM plan. No upgrade, no add-on fee.

Every module below is switched on for every NWM CRM customer, from the entry tier upward. We built the back office to make the CRM worth more, not to sell you a second product.

Twelve modules, to the standard an accountant expects

Built on a double-entry general ledger, because every product it gets compared to is. That is what makes a balance sheet possible — and a balance sheet is the difference between an invoicing app and an ERP.

General ledger & journals

Every invoice, payment, bill, credit note, stock movement and payroll run posts a balanced double-entry journal automatically. Your accountant types their own for accruals, opening balances and corrections.

Balance sheet & trial balance

Assets, liabilities and equity, with retained earnings computed from the ledger rather than stored, so the balance sheet can never drift from the profit and loss. The trial balance says out loud whether the books balance.

Sales & invoicing

Quote, send, convert, invoice, get paid. Your own numbering series, your own tax rate, partial payments, and credit notes that reduce the receivable honestly.

Recurring invoices

Weekly, monthly, quarterly or annual templates that raise themselves. If a schedule falls behind it catches up in full, and a monthly run anchored on the 31st never skips February.

Bills & suppliers

Accounts payable with a supplier registry, payment terms per vendor, and a one-step quick expense for the things you already paid for.

Banking & reconciliation

Bank, cash and card accounts whose balance comes from real payments. Paste a statement and match it line by line; the gap between book and reconciled balance is on screen, not in your head.

Inventory

Stock from a movement ledger, reorder points that flag themselves, valuation at latest cost — and cost of goods sold posted against inventory when the invoice is issued, so the balance sheet figure means something.

Purchasing

Purchase order, receive the goods, convert to the supplier bill. Receiving moves the quantity and the bill books the value, so the same goods are never counted twice.

Fixed assets & depreciation

A register with straight-line depreciation that posts to the ledger, and disposals that clear cost and accumulated depreciation and book the gain or loss. The final period lands exactly, with no stranded cents.

Projects & time

Hourly, fixed-price or non-billable projects. Log time, then turn every unbilled hour into a draft invoice with one button, with cost and margin per project.

Employees & payroll

Staff records and pay rates, runs that prefill from salary or from logged hours, and posting that books wages straight into the ledger as a paid bill — no second set of books to keep in step.

Financial reports

Profit and loss, balance sheet, trial balance, general ledger with running balances, receivable and payable aging, cash flow, tax summary, customer statements, and a bilingual CSV your accountant can post.

How a sale actually moves

One customer record, from first quote to a line in the ledger.

What the market charges for this

Published list prices, and what each works out to for a ten-person team. Ours is the row where the back office costs nothing extra, because it comes with the CRM.

Product Pricing model List price 10 users / month
QuickBooks Online Flat, tiered by features $38 – $340 $38 – $340
Zoho Books Flat, tiered by features $20 – $275 $20 – $275
Odoo Per user ~$31 – $61 / user ~$310 – $610
SAP Business One Per user $95 – $250 / user $950 – $2,500
Oracle NetSuite Base licence + per user $999 + $99–149 / user ~$1,990 – $2,490
NWM CRM Starter + ERP Flat, unlimited users, ERP included $249 $249
NWM CRM Pro + ERP Flat, unlimited users, ERP included $999 $999

Competitor figures are publicly published United States list prices as of September 2026, shown for comparison only; they change and regional pricing differs. Odoo’s per-user figure is the renewal rate, not the first-year promotional rate. NetSuite and SAP Business One are quoted per deal — the ranges above reflect their published guidance for a small deployment, before implementation, which those vendors commonly quote separately in the tens of thousands. Note that the competitor rows buy accounting alone, while the NWM rows include the CRM as well. Check each vendor’s own pricing page before deciding.

When NWM ERP is the wrong choice. If you are one person who needs bookkeeping and nothing else, a $38/mo QuickBooks or a $20/mo Zoho Books plan will serve you better, and we will tell you so. This earns its place when several people touch the same customer — someone quoting, someone invoicing, someone paying suppliers, someone counting stock — and you would rather not run a CRM and an accounting package that have never met.

What it does not do. It does not issue Chilean electronic tax documents — it records the ones your certified provider issues, and exports a ledger your accountant can post. Depreciation is straight-line only. There is no consolidation across multiple legal entities, and no bank feed: you paste a statement rather than connecting an account. Everything else on this page is built and working.
